What to Expect from Your Speech therapist:

Speech language pathologists develop an individualized plan of care based on your child’s specific needs by completing an evaluation and working closely with the family. For children with little to no speech capabilities, a speech language pathologist will apply several methods of communication to figure out what works best for your child (alternative and augmentative communication devices, manual signs, picture system, etc.), all while introducing accompanying language to increase and improve communication skills. Therapists teach patients how to produce sounds correctly and improve oral, receptive, expressive, motor and non-verbal communication skills.

We can improve your child’s communication, language and speech skills in the convenience of your home. Contact us today for more information.
